Establishment
I-Tech started in 1991 with 150 workers, 8 Injection Machines and Manual Electronics Insertion lines. Our major customers at that time were Joustra and Vulli of France and Hal Leonard of US. Then in 1993, we started working with Hasbro. As of today, we are still working with them.
Growth
From the Year of 2000, we moved into the new factory in Feng Gong, Dong Guan. It had taken nearly 5 years to plan, design and construct. During the planning period of this new factory, the most critical issue are the Size of the factory. At the end, we decided to accommodate for a maximum of 3500 workers. The major reason is for better Factory Management. Although as of today, we have never reached this figure, at the peak of 2009, we did employ 2300 workers
Original Design Manufacturer
At the very beginning, we were only an OEM manufacturer. But since 2000, most of the products except Products from Hasbro are ODM. Customer provides only the Concept and Outlook. We are responsible for all Engineering and Development works. Of course, if our design will affect the Outlook due to internal space, we will work with Customer to resolve.

Current Status
In 2012, we have created an ODC Team (Original Develop Concept). Our objective is to develop our own concept and present to Customer in order to extend our engineering capability. Also for the coming years, we are planning to expand our SMT and QA Lab facilities in order to meet our target grow.
Following are the set up and Certificates accredited of our factory as of today:
- 32 Injection Machines – from 80 to 850 tons & 6 of them are Gas Assist Cooling
- SMT – 1 x Linear and 3 x High Speed M/C
- 36 Production Lines able to house 2500 Workers
- QA Lab for in house testing & Chemical Test for 8 elements
- RICTI, ISO9002, ISO14000 and all others requirements enforced by the Governments bodies
